A. Kata pengantar

Dengan evolusi berterusan pembuatan denim dari segi teknologi, proses mencuci, dan bahan mentah, standard kualiti kita juga mesti meningkat. Akibatnya, untuk memberi perkhidmatan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan dan pembekal kami, kami perlu menyeragamkan lagi sistem kawalan kualiti dan prosedur operasi kami. These specifications are a set of standards that define our quality guidelines, toleransi, kaedah kerja, dan penalti atau bonus yang dikenakan. Please note that these specifications are subject to periodic revisions or changes to keep pace with the evolution of our quality system.

B. Customer General Specifications

1. Product Development Protocols

• All changes to production styles made during the development period must be properly recorded in the final Technical Data Sheet, which will be used as the production guide.
• The customer bears full responsibility for any changes made to the project that do not appear in the final Technical Packs for production.
• Any changes made during development that are not included in the Technical Packs and are only discussed via phone or email will be executed to the best of our ability, but without any guarantees.
• Semua pelarasan yang sesuai, pengubahsuaian jahitan kritikal, or special wash/distressing/vintage processes that alter the style must be clearly specified in the Technical Packs.

2. Pengeluaran Produk dan Kawalan Kualiti

Factory Note: All batching procedures follow standard General Specifications guidelines.

• Semua bahan mentah (cth., kain denim) dan aksesori (cth., perkakasan, tompok kulit) diperlukan untuk pengeluaran disediakan dan dikawal kualiti oleh kami, memastikan mereka memenuhi piawaian sampel yang disahkan oleh kedua-dua pihak.
• Pelanggan menerima margin kecacatan pengeluaran sehingga 5% (kecacatan yang tidak serius) that are not detected during the final quality control.

• Pelanggan telah 7 days to file a claim or complaint regarding production defects. This period begins on the day the order is delivered to the customer's address.

3. Pembayaran

• All new customers producing with us for the first time must pay 100% of the first production cost before production begins. For subsequent orders exceeding €15,000, the standard payment term is a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% baki sebelum penghantaran.
• Untuk pengeluaran OEM/Private Label, payments must always be made 100% in advance of production, melainkan sampel diminta (see the 'Samples' section).

4. Penghantaran

• Segala tanggungjawab dan risiko penghantaran ditanggung oleh pelanggan. Since we do not have a dedicated transportation department, any shipments arranged with our assistance are no longer our responsibility once collected by the carrier.
• Penghantaran atau kutipan yang diatur terus oleh pelanggan adalah tanggungjawab mereka sendiri. Kami tidak bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kos yang berkaitan, kerugian, atau pegangan kastam. It is the customer's responsibility to resolve any issues arising from such shipments or collections.

5. Samples & Development

All prototyping costs are governed by our master General Specifications outline.

• Semua sampel dicaj pada 2x harga pengeluaran pukalnya.
• Any samples made by us that are not ultimately confirmed for bulk production will be billed for the development labor hours plus the sample price.
• OEM/Private Label products do not include sample production by default. If the customer requests a sample, the sample cost is 5x the quoted price for that style.
• Sample prices are always provided as estimates based on a minimum bulk order of 200 kepingan. We reserve the right to adjust bulk production prices if there are changes in the costs of raw materials, aksesori, membasuh, or dyeing.

6. Masa Utama

• The lead time for sample production is 1 kepada 2 minggu.
• The lead time for final bulk production is 2 kepada 5 minggu.
• All lead times mentioned above will commence as soon as all production details are confirmed, any customer-provided items (cth., custom brand labels) are received, dan pembayaran yang berkenaan dibuat.
• All lead times mentioned above are standard, subject to occasional changes resulting from high workflow capacity on the production lines.
• Any modifications to the styles during production require our confirmation, and the lead times will be reset starting from the date of approval.

7. Bidang Kuasa Undang-undang

Any legal disputes or issues that may arise between the customer and us fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent People's Courts in Zhongshan, Wilayah Guangdong, China.
