Welcome to the official website of Zhongshan Lequan Apparel Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a premier manufacturer and exporter of high-quality denim garments based in Zhongshan, China. By accessing our website and purchasing our products—including but not limited to denim jackets, custom wholesale jeans, and vintage denim apparel—you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Strictly B2B Operations
Zhongshan Lequan Apparel Store operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) company, selling directly to enterprises, brands, and wholesalers. We do not serve individual consumers. All transactions are governed by commercial agreements designed to reflect professional manufacturing demands. By collaborating with us, clients ensure they are partnering with a reliable Zhongshan-based manufacturer upholding the highest industry standards for quality and efficiency.
2. Account Opening & Administration
To initiate the client process and commence development for custom orders, an account must be formally opened.
Account Fee: A one-time administrative fee of $200 USD (or equivalent) is required to open an account. This fee remains valid for the duration of the active project.
Inactivity: If an account remains inactive for more than 3 months, a new administrative fee will be required to reactivate the account and process any new developments.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
We offer flexible order quantities tailored to your denim customization needs.
Standard Production & Customization: Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 units per style/color (inclusive of up to 4 sizes). This applies to custom wholesale jeans, denim jackets, and customized blank items.
Blank Items (No Customization): No minimum order quantity, subject to current factory inventory availability.
Custom Fabric Sourcing: For specific denim fabric constructions requiring bespoke weaving, the MOQ will range between 300 to 1000+ units per color, evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on fabric mill specifications.
4. Tech Pack Requirements
To ensure the highest quality and consistency in our Zhongshan manufacturing line, clients must submit a comprehensive Tech Pack containing:
Product Information: Model name, quantities per color (with TCX Pantone references), quantities per size, a complete measurement chart (in cm) or a physical sample for fit reference, sewing details, and fabric selection (construction, composition, and weight).
Company Information: Company name, VAT/Business ID, billing/shipping address, and project manager contact details.
Label Information: Layout, design, sizing, composition, and placement of all woven labels and hangtags.
Customization Details: Techniques (e.g., embroidery, vintage washing, printing), exact dimensions (in cm), and precise placement on the garment.
Incomplete Tech Packs: If you do not have a complete Tech Pack, we strongly advise consulting a professional designer. If a Tech Pack is not 100% clear, our team will interpret it at our discretion, and the risk is entirely assumed by the client. We are not obligated to request missing details.
Modifications: Any design changes discussed via email must be formally updated and included in the final Tech Pack prior to order confirmation. Email discussions alone are not considered valid manufacturing instructions.
5. Pricing, Quotations, and Development Costs
We cannot provide accurate pricing without a complete Tech Pack. Final bulk production prices are determined only after sample completion and size yield calculation.
Validity: All quotations are valid for 5 days.
Sample Costs: Each sample incurs independent development costs based on product specifications. Once the sampling process begins, these costs are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Strike-Offs: Any printing or embroidery strike-offs incur setup fees separate from sample costs. These must be paid prior to proceeding and are strictly non-refundable once initiated.
Fabric Sourcing: Fabric analysis and sourcing is a separate, paid service independent of garment development. If no fabric reference is provided, a physical garment or fabric swatch must be submitted.
6. Label Production Policies
Label production is strictly executed according to the client’s submitted designs and technical specifications through our external suppliers.
No Modifications: We do not modify, adjust, or verify label designs. The final label will be an exact reproduction of the submitted file. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the design is technically suitable for production.
Liability: Zhongshan Lequan Apparel Store is not liable for dissatisfaction arising from the client’s design choices.
Non-Refundable: Once label production is confirmed and paid, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Any changes required after production begins will necessitate a new paid order.
7. Labdips and Color Development
Labdip Costs: Labdips (color swatches) are charged at $50 USD (or equivalent) each for colors not currently in stock. All required Labdip colors must be explicitly requested in the Tech Pack.
Fabric Variables: Labdips are developed on the selected sample fabric. If the fabric composition, construction, or weight changes—even if the Pantone TCX remains the same—a new Labdip must be requested and paid for, as color absorption varies across different denim materials.
8. International Shipping and Delivery
We export our denim apparel globally from our manufacturing base in Zhongshan, Guangdong. Shipping times and costs vary based on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the intellectual property of Zhongshan Lequan Apparel Store. Unauthorized reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China.
